A Casinha — modern comfort behind a classic façade

Quietly set at the end of a cul-de-sac, A Casinha gets sun all day until it drops into the Atlantic. It’s a relaxed 15-minute walk to central Ericeira and about 30 minutes by car from Lisbon Airport.

Behind its traditional Portuguese exterior, the house is fully renovated with a split-level living room facing the pool, modern furnishings, and a high-spec kitchen with induction. There are three designer bathrooms, two en-suite, finished to a contemporary standard.

Outside, a heated 8×4 m infinity pool frames ocean views—swim while the sun sets over the Atlantic. Daily essentials are close by too: a small supermarket, bar/café and butcher ~100 m from the door.
